Here, you call the shots. Choose your meat, pick your carb, and build your plate exactly how you want it. Craving just a small order of plátano? No problem. Feeling extra hungry? Go all in and ask for El Coro—the boss of all bosses.

Choose your combo—1, 2, 3, or go all in with all 4 meats. Then pick your favorites from our available options.
Step 2
Pick your carb. All plates come with plantano, but if you want to replace that with fries - Amen. If you want 2 carbs instead of 1 - add $2 to the cost. If you want all 3 - ask for El Coro
Step 3
Top it off with your choice of condiments and enjoy every bite of this finger-licking mix.
